The large scale construction project is a complicated system engineering,that the success or failure of the management has great influence on the interests of project investment and construction party and national economic.However,project management of large construction projects has many shortcomings,the information can not be shared and integrated in real time,it is difficult to organize and manage the interface between different phases,and the interests of the project participants conflict with each other in traditional management mode.In this case,the application of integrated management has opened up a new path for large scale construction project management,the rapid development of BIM technology provides an opportunity to solve the problem of information sharing and integration in recent years,and the integrated management based on BIM has become a hot spot in the field of professional management in construction.This paper analyzes the latest research results at home and abroad,based on the perspective of owner management,this paper systematically studies the integrated management of large construction projects based on BIM.The main contents of this dissertation include:Firstly,based on the characteristics of traditional contract model,the principal contract is redesigned with the principal-agent theory as the tool,the client is risk-neutral and the agent is risk-aversion,which facilitate participants to participate in the management of the owners with the project objectives as a common goal within the framework of contract.This method can guarantee the implementation of integrated management of large scale construction project based on BIM from the perspective ofcontract.Secondly,in this paper,three main levels of integrated management are studied in detail: information integration,process integration and organization integration.By analyzing and summarizing the information of each stage,the establishment of BIM information integration management platform to achieve information integration management;the management tasks of each stage are summarized,and the integrated process integration model of integrated management is established by using IDEF0method;the conceptual model of whole life cycle organization integration is constructed by making participant's early intervention and backward extension.through the establishment of a two-tier decision-making mechanism to coordinate the owners and participants' decision-making process,which allows all participants to achieve the goal of project as the center,to achieve the best of all goals and achieve“win-win”.Finally,a conceptual model of integrated management of large scale construction projects based on BIM is established.And the effectiveness of model is verified by the coordination decision between owner and contractor on the construction period.The research results enrich the integrated management theory and have some theoretical guidance and practical value for the large-scale construction project management practice.
