Study On The Development Mechanism For The Forest Insurance In Fujian's Collective Forest Regions

forest insurance is still at infant stage, that still exists contradictions of supply and demand of insurance .This paper studies the purchase of forest insurance needs in Fujian Province, summarize some reasons why the demand affected on insurance. It has an important practical significance and that is a way to bring about some scientific advices about the advancement of forest insurance of Fujian Province in the future, which is to achieve sustainable development of forests in Fujian Province.This paper can be integrated into six parts: The first part is an introduction; it includes study aims and significance, review of the related literature of forest insurance, thesis research, methods, and technology roadmap. The second part, the paper sums up the forest insurance in foreign countries as well as the experience of agricultural insurance in China, finds out the difference between domestic forest insurance and foreign insurance, explores the lack of forest insurance in China. The third part, according to the contradictions of supply and demand in forest insurance, this paper selects the city of Wuyishan and yongan as the object of empirical analysis, selects the purchased demand of the policy forest insurance as dependent variable, and puts education degree, family population, family forestry production payments, altogether 17 variables into explained variable, these 17 variables refers to labor inputs, substances capital inputs, human capital inputs, and institutional factors etc. In order to figure out the deep reasons which affect the forest insurance demand in Fujian province and to show the situation of Fujian forest insurance, this paper using Logistic regression model to analyze the factors which might affect the forest insurance demand. The fourth part, this paper describes the significance of the policy forest insurance, and gets the institution of transplantation and innovation that would promote the advancement of Fujian forest insurance, and then have a discussion on theoretical system of forest insurance policy which fits Fujian province as well as mode selection. Part V, based on the results of practical study, this paper clearing the target of Fujian forest insurance development, analyses and researches on countermeasures of promoting the development of Fujian in the insurance qualitatively. At last, this paper gives some feasible advices about the feasible policy forest insurance for Fujian. Part VI, Making the conclusions and prospects, in this part, the author depicts the conclusion and deficiencies so that scholars can do more in-depth study based on it.
