Environmental Regulation Perspective Industrial Restructuring And Development Of Export-oriented Economy

The export-oriented economy taking the export-oriented and the use of foreign capital as the main feature,greatly promotes the economic development of Jiangsu province in the rapid economic development. Although has many problems to be resolved,including irrational industrial structure,the service sector is low;The waste of resources and environmental pollution is to be solved in the two outstanding problems. In order to promote Jiangsu economy developing quicker and better,to realize the economical model from the investment remissions economy to the creative economy,from resource and environmental pollution,excessive utilization, and to the continuing development of circulation economy,We changes low carbon economy in Jiangsu province, and further improve economic strength. Jiangsu province has conducted a series of industrial structure adjustment,and the implementation of strict environmental regulation, but all of these would increase the cost. Do these have great influence of export-oriented economic development? In this one theme background,this paper wants to explore:Whether the industrial structure of adjustment in Jiangsu has a significant,positive role on export-oriented economic development,in adding strict environmental regulation condition.This paper firstly has carried on the earnest comb about environmental regulation,the industrial structure and the relevant theories of export-oriented economy,reviewed the current development of Jiangsu province,the industrial structure export-oriented economy development situation of Jiangsu province,and then introduce Jiangsu environmental regulation,in this section of empress half section of environmental protection we described the industry industrial structure adjustment and the export-oriented economic development effect mechanism of action. Finally apply the 13 urban 2002-2008 panel data of empirical research inspection of Jiangsu province in strict environmental regulation of situations to see whether the industrial structure adjustment has significant influence on export-oriented economic development. in the process,construct two empirical model:One has environmental regulation factors control,the other has no environmental regulation factors control,through two model empirical contrasting we find that in the long run the strict environmental regulation make Jiangsu industrial structure adjustment of export-oriented economic development has significant, active role in promoting. This broadly is in line with theoretical analysis. Finally,in order to promote Jiangsu economy develop sound and rapidly,this article puts forward to the corresponding countermeasures,based on the conclusion from different aspects.
