Study On The Innovative Culture Construction In The Provincial Key Laboratory Of Guangxi

Innovation has become an important way of human to transformation of nature, society and human beings. With the developing of innovation theory, scholars have begun to recognize the important role of culture on innovation, so the innovative culture came into being.The content of laboratory innovative culture includes the core values of innovation, the personality of exploration and perseverance, the questioning and critical way of thinking, the true, practical and rigorous work style, the open, cooperative and communicative behavior, the laboratory rules and regulations conducive to innovation, and the working conditions and social atmosphere and other external environmental factors. The provincial key laboratory of Guangxi is an important part, which plays an important role in enhancing Guangxi's capability of innovation. By the study about the innovative culture, this article aimed at to provide a new way of thinking for enhancing the key laboratory's capability of innovation.Research found that Guangxi's provincial key laboratory innovative culture shows that whose awareness of innovation gradual increase, that there are but few scientific spirit of not fear difficulties and the courage to explore, that who uphold the value of'innovation for Guangxi', that whose team-building has achieved initial results, that the condition of scientific research gradual improve. But there are also problems that whose awareness of innovative culture construction is weak, that whose style of study is more impetuous, that the management scientific researches have too many administrative colors, that the personnel structure is irrational, and so on.To strengthen the construction of Guangxi's provincial key laboratory innovative culture, we should aim to enhance scientific and technological innovation, adhere to the principle of long-term and gradualism, highlight the local research characteristics and personality. The current tasks to be done to strengthen the construction of innovative culture are those that to enhance the awareness of the importance of building innovative culture, to strengthen the integrity of research and study style, to reduced administration, to optimize the personnel structure, to enhance team-building, and so on.
