| The financial crisis leaded a large number of unemployed migrant worker returned home. It not only brought a heavy pressure to the rural areas to some extent, but also brought some hidden dangers to our social's stable development. Guangxi as a big labor force output province, how to solve the migrant workers' re-employment work refers to the economic development and social stability of Guangxi. Migrant workers practical technology training was the key to achieve re-employment and increase income. The paper taken migrant workers of Lipu county town of Guilin city as a survey object to research the migrant workers practical technology's current situation and exists problems in Guangxi, then gave some countermeasures and suggests to it.The paper from the train channel, train way and train content to introduce the practical technology training's situation of Guangxi migrant workers. Base on the research, found that the main problems were:migrant workers'desire to attend the practical technology training was not strong, the supply of training was short, and the content of training was not fit the needs of labor force market. Aim at these problems the paper gave the suggestions from the government, the organization of training and the migrant workers'themselves to the migrant workers practical technology training. The migrant workers practical technology training should arouse all societal forces. The government should give full scope to it, include set up a thorough train mechanism, reasonably to collocate the train funds, keep the train continuity and lifelong, give the service to track train and complete policies; the organization of training should give a positive to it, include reasonably organize teachers, reasonably arrange for the content and time, and formulate the standard fee charge; the migrant workers themselves should attend the train actively, include change the attitude to train and take action soon. |
