Atpresent we and our country are staying at the key point of transforming the industrialstructural, and it becomes the very important subject for us to learn from the developedregions, where the knowledge-intensive business service account for the proportion ofthe GDP more and more highly. Therefore the government has put forward a series ofnational innovation strategies referring on developing the capacity of the modernservice and promoting the capacity of innovation. As the core region of nationaldevelopment strategies, Shandong province needs to speed up the steps of industrialstructure adjustment, and to upgrade the innovation ability of knowledge-intensivebusiness service. It is the inevitable choice to promote the development of the societyand economic. Therefore, both the systematic analysis of the current situation ofknowledge-intensive business service in Shandong, and the clearly definition of themain influencing factor on innovation ability have the great significance on promotingthe innovation ability, and enhancing the driving force to the economy development.This paper takes the knowledge-intensive business service innovation activities asthe main researching line, and carries out the research works around the following fouraspects: first, taking the theories of innovation and economic growth as the research guidance, and on the basis of reviewing amount literatures home and abroad, this paperidentifies what the knowledge-intensive business is and its characteristics, whichdefinitely defines the research objects; Secondly, the relative research conclusionsafford reference, and the data is obtained from the deeply and further research on theknowledge-intensive business service enterprises in Shandong, then the influencingfactor model of knowledge-intensive business service is build on these basis; Thirdlyaccording to the evaluation index system in the mechanism industry, and combiningwith the characteristics of knowledge-intensive business service, the evaluation indexsystem about knowledge-intensive in Shandong is built in this paper. Then theinnovation ability of Shandong province knowledge-intensive business service isempirical studied by the use of the evaluation index system; At last, according to theanalysis results and the weights of affecting factors, this paper comes forward with thesuggestion on how to promote the innovation capacity in Shandong provincecombining with the local conditions.
