With the improvement of people's living standards and the enrichment of material wealth, the market demands for landscaping gradually grow. But along with the development of landscaping industry, the landscaping companies spring up like mushrooms, so the landscaping market competition is more and more fierce. In the landscaping companies, besides the competition of financial and material powers, there is more competition of human resources, especially the competition of core staff. Such core staff, who are at important economic management, technical and sales positions, occupy a company's core resources and control the company's core lifeblood. However, at present the landscaping companies face a common problem of serious core staff turnover, which is a great threat to the stability and development of the companies. Therefore, how to prevent and control the core staff turnover is an urgent problem which needs to be solved by various landscaping companies.Through the access to a large number of documents, the summarization and statistical analysis of information, and comprehensive application of human resources management tools, combined with related questionnaire survey, combining the staff turnover theory and specific practical situations of the company, this paper makes intensive research on the core staff turnover of HY Landscaping Company. Firstly, from the definition of the core staff of HY Landscaping Company, this paper analyzes the characteristics of core staff, illustrates the current conditions and flow directions of core staff turnover of HY Landscaping Company, and explains the internal and external reasons for the core staff turnover of HY Landscaping Company. Then, this paper proposes the measures to control the core staff turnover from the perspective of human resource management, i.e., the optimization of the external environment of enterprises; the development of internal remuneration, performance, welfare and corporate culture of enterprises; individual training and promotion of core staff, etc.New ideas of this paper:from the core staff of landscaping industry, taking HY Landscaping Company as an example, through comprehensive analysis of core staff of landscaping companies and proposing practical solutions in light of the current situations of serious core staff turnover, this paper has certain practical significance on the long-term and stable development of HY Landscaping Company. Meanwhile, related research results are of certain reference value for other landscaping companies in Yunnan Province or other places across the country.
