Enterprise Performance Management is a business, department where employees and, by setting goals and assessment criteria, organization and implementation, rigorous assessment, incentive to implement, and ultimately achieve business target of a series of Events.Effective performance management is an important organization and implementation of strategic objectives to protect, not only can improve employee performance, and help their overall performance and management level, to help companies and employees to achieve common development. Performance evaluation of the performance management process is the most critical aspect of business in order to improve the management level and enhance overall competitiveness, and take high-quality, efficient and sustainable path of development, design systems, science, dynamic performance evaluation system is the inevitable choice. Performance evaluation system can accurately measure the performance of all levels, to a large extent determine whether other performance management functions into full play its due role. Therefore, the design in line with the actual business, science, dynamic performance evaluation index system is the basis for enterprise performance management, human resources management of the entire work of great significance.This paper take Yunnan A Company for the study, by analyzing human resource management and performance management of the situation, revealing the original business performance evaluation system problems. And then solve these problems, combined with the actual design of a new performance evaluation system, the last application of the results of performance evaluation done for example. Through research, the improvement of the performance evaluation system of Yunnan A Company has some practical value, while the performance of similar enterprises in system design can also provide some reference for.
