Performance management is to realize the strategic target of the enterpriseimportant link, how to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system hasbecome the main issues to be discussed, how to effectively improve the performance ofemployees, enterprise performance has become a problem we have to. But because theenterprise development restrictions, the continuous development of market economy, manyenterprises performance appraisal also is only pauses in the financial statements as a startingpoint of the examination system, the traditional performance appraisal has seriouslyrestricted the development of production and operation. The objectives of performanceevaluation and corporate strategy development goals, evaluation index system, the design ofperformance appraisal results communication and feedback problem is the focus of thisresearch. In this paper we introduced the KPI key performance indicators of performanceassessment system of philosophy, to Jilin oilfield equipment manufacturing General Factoryas the research object, combined with the manufacturing plant development strategy,designed for enterprise application performance appraisal system, with period in enterpriseproduction and management process to achieve a breakthroughThis paper focuses on two aspects: one is scientific and reasonable, suitable formanufacturing plant management index system, mainly from the domestic and foreign KPIperformance appraisal management basic theory and practical application; two is planning aperformance management process, on the basis of performance management theory,combined with the manufacturing plant the actual situation, design the performancemanagement process, hope to be able to effectively improve the management level ofperformance, thus improving the comprehensive competitive ability of enterprise.
