How to improve employee's performance, raise business enterprise results subsequently, which become an attracting issue to every business enterprise increasingly. Especially the business enterprises those are taking placed in a fast developing period, they seem to be urgent particularly. Textual main purpose is improving the system about performance evaluation to increase the competition ability objected as RDC.TIEFA coal industry group corporation limited.First of all, this paper introduces the background, significance and the fashion of study.
