With the recent integration of the global economy and growing international competition, the development of multinational companies also face the resistance of human resources management. Multinational companies facing human resource management is a complex and volatile international environment. Performance management, human resources management system as a core strategy, advocated by the staffs personal development as a basis, enterprises and improve team and individual performance to improve company performance, so the implementation of enterprise development strategies, and ultimately the development of enterprises, multinational corporations to address the human resources management provides a good idea and a solution.This article consists of four aspects. First, the theoretical basis of performance assessment from the start to explain performance and the basic concept of performance appraisal, performance appraisal at home and abroad accordingly comprehensive theory about the development and performance appraisal methods:Management by objectives (MBO), Key Performance Indicator Approach (KPI), balanced scorecard (BSC) and the 360-degree performance evaluation method of these four methods of performance evaluation theory.
