The coordinated development of environment, energy and economy is the internal necessary requirement on the development of human society. Environment is the carrier vector, energy is the material basis. The coordinated development of environment, energy and economy not only pay attention to economic growth, more emphasis on the quality of economic growth——pursue good ecological environment and the rational use of resources, therefore, economic growth can not exceed the capacity of the environment and energy. The coordinated development of environment, energy and economy require changing the traditional production modes and consumption patterns what is characterized of "high input, high consumption, high pollution", reduce the pressure of economic activity on the environment and energy caused by stress.This paper includes five parts. Chapter1is introduction, to explain the topics of background, significance, literature review, etc.; Chapter2describes the relationships of environment, energy and economic; Chapter3constructs a measure coordinated development indicators of environment, energy and economic, and make the statistics analysis; Chapter4sets up the model about the factors of the coordinated development of environment, energy and economic, and uses dynamic panel estimation methods for empirical analysis; Chapter5summarizes the main conclusions and propose relevant policy recommendations based on findings.The main conclusions of this paper are, First, The coordinated development degree is inter-regional imbalance. The east region is better, followed by central region and western region poor. Second, the development degree has a positive impact on the coordinated degree. Third, the development path is from the extensive production stage, to the transitional production stage, to the intensive production stage. Fourth, technological progress and industrial restructuring have a significant impact on the coordinated development degree. Independent research and development, technology transfer, the proportion of tertiary industry increase can improve the coordinated development degree; The transformation and the proportion of secondary industry increase, have a negative impact on the coordinated development degree. Fifth, energy price has a positive impact on the coordinated development to a certain degree. Sixth, from the present point of view, pull in FDI and adjust ownership have no significant impact on the coordinated development.
