Based On The SCOR Model Of Supply Chain Coordination Performance Evaluation Research

Supply chain management based on the integration of various resources, make enterprise members of the supply chain work together, to reduce the cost of the supply chain as a whole,speed up the supply chain to the customer response speed, improved the economic interests of the whole supply chain, also to bring economic benefits to each node enterprise. However,due to each economic entity self-interest of the supply chain, communication barriers, and supply chain facing various economic entities of the uncertainty of the market environment,make the supply chain system more complex and changeable, so how to effectively implement supply chain management has become the important task of enterprise development. The member enterprises of supply chain as a whole system of a concerted plan,making decisions, the operation of the entire supply chain, to play a role of the maximum effective supply chain management. Part of supply chain coordination management for the concerted between supply chain enterprises play an important role in coordinating, throughout the whole process of supply chain management, the stand or fall of coordination effect is more direct impact on the strategic cooperation between supply chain enterprises. Therefore,the enterprise supply chain managers to attach importance to the measure of the effect of supply chain coordination, the implementation of supply chain coordination performance evaluation process can make the supply chain coordination decision makers to recognize the flaws of the supply chain coordination and improved, to further improve the coordination of supply chain strategy, make the sustainable development of supply chain. SCOR model is a kind of typical model of supply chain performance evaluation based on business process, the model of the system shows the business processes of the supply chain process and performance indicators, and based on the analysis of this model based on supply chain coordination performance evaluation theory, built with manufacturing enterprises as the core of supply chain coordination performance evaluation system and evaluation method. The main work is as follows:(1) combed the relevant theoretical knowledge of supply chain coordination and supply chain performance.(2) the further study of the supply chain coordination performance evaluation system based on SCOR model design principle, design process, building the appraisal model of the supply chain coordination based on SCOR model and index system. Comparative analysis of the traditional performance evaluation model of ABC and EVA and BSC, the advantages and disadvantages of ROF, SCOR, merge the content of the supply chain coordination, combining SCOR model and the BSC model, dimensions and join the supply chain coordination operation ability, build a more perfect performance evaluation of supply chain coordination model. At the same time, using the method of literature investigation, normative study method and comparative analysis method to construct the supply chain coordination performance evaluation index system, and to illustrate the meaning and measurement of index.(3) using the fuzzy evaluation method to system of supply chain coordinationperformance evaluation based on SCOR. In this paper, the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the third chapter of building supply chain coordination performance evaluation system, the design of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process of the system.(4) to select H enterprise, will build a manufacturing supply chain coordination evaluation system and evaluation method is applied to H enterprise in the supply chain,explained in this paper, building supply chain coordination performance evaluation system and evaluation method has certain scientific nature, rationality and the deficiency of the enterprise supply chain coordination can be found and relevant improvement measures are put forward.
