Incentive mechanism of the enterprise is survival development power for the enterprise. The existing incentive mechanisms cannot completely meet the needs of enterprise development for state-owned enterprises. In recent years with the need of the high-level, high-quality talent, a lot of the people who are returned students burned in1980s enter the state-owned enterprises. In many aspects of incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprises need to adjust and perfect. The incentive mechanism researches for the people who are returned students burned in1980s in the state-owned enterprises are less and less. According to it, the inherent incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise in a great degree has been unable to meet the employee talent development and the issue is more outstanding and concentrated.This paper takes ZK state-owned enterprise as an example. It presents some valuable opinions through the questionnaire and the special interview method. There are totally147people who are returned students burned in1980s in ZK state-owned enterprise and120people of them were investigated for this paper. The writer had the special interview with the manager of the human resource department in ZK state-owned enterprise. After then, the paper sums up the main characteristics of the people who are returned students burned in1980s in ZK state-owned enterprise. The paper takes the human capital theory, Maslow's theory of hierarchy of need, Potter Lawler's comprehensive incentive theory and Robbins's incentive model as its theoretical basis.
