Incentive mechanism of the enterprise is survival As I entered the new normal economy,the competition of state-owned enterprises from the physical capital to the human capital.How to effectively use human resources and excavate people's potential successfully are the huge challenges of state-owned enterprises.Many enterprises pay a lot to hire talent,but the limitations of the existing enterprise incentive mechanisms cannot meet high-level,high-quality talent.Especially in recent years,college students who college students come into the state-owned enterprise on a large scale,the existing enterprise incentive mechanisms is not suitability in many ways because the students who born after 1985 have their own personality traits and job characteristics.This phenomenon is harmful the development of the group.The inherent incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise has been unable to meet the employee talent development and the issue is more outstanding and concentrated.This paper takes KN state-owned enterprise as example.It presents some valuable opinions through the questionnaire and the special interview method.Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Herzberg's two-factor theory,Porter's comprehensive incentive theory and Adams fair theory as the theoretical basis,There are 100 people born after 1985 in the company take part in the questionnaire survey and interviews.The writer summarizes the issues about the incentive mechanism in KN company.After the comprehensive analyzing,the KN company ‘s problems are the lack of non-material incentives and employee career development incentive.In order to solve the problems,this paper particularly studies the incentive mechanism of Huawei company.KN company should establish target responsibility system and measurement of the performance appraisal;We'd better let employees participate in the management and create good communication channels way.Finally KN company should strengthen training and pay more attention to the team building.The goal is helping KN company ultimately change their incentive mechanism.
