With the development of economy and society, people's standard of living gradually improved, the monotonous line products have been difficult to satisfy people's consuming need, so the agitation of "Personalized Customization" began to sprout in China. The gradual popularization of automotive consumption make consumers no longer satisfied with the indistinctive line products, whether can realize customization of car and make quick response to customer needs have become the key for enterprise's success. Personalized Customization demand for higher performance of enterprises'order response speed, how to choose the parts supplier to ensure delivery in the shortest possible time has become the burning problem for automotive manufacturing enterprises.Based on the supplier evaluation and selection theory, this paper start out here from the change of automotive suppliers' relationship under Personalized Customization, introduce the "credit rating" theory in the traditional supplier evaluation index system to make organic combination of both, create automotive suppliers evaluation index system, and use AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to select the supplier, at last,verify the evaluation system suitability through the case study of a automotive company's wave window machine supplier and in order to provide certain theoretical support and practical reference for automotive supplier evaluation and selection in customization.The main contents of this paper is as follows:(1) Comparing and studying the characteristics and its changes between the supplier relationship in personalized production and the supplier relationship in traditional mass production mode.(2) Establishing a set of evaluation index system including credit level,product competitiveness,cooperation stability, long lasting,energy saving efficiency and other34index factor,and choose the supplier's credit condition as an important index of the automotive supplier evaluation and selection, choose the method of enterprise credit rating to evaluate the supplier credit condition. it can apply more to the parts supplier evaluation and selection. (3) Analyzing and comparing kinds of the supplier evaluation and selection method, in the basis of the comprehensive consideration the advantages and disadvantages of the supplier evaluation and selection method, choose AHP(analytical hierarchy process) as the supplier evaluation and selection method according to the actual situation of the automotive parts supplier evaluation and selection under personalized customization.(4) using the automotive parts supplier evaluation and selection system under personalized customization established by author to study the supplier selection of electric window lifter oblique bag under the personalized customization of T company, and verify the feasibility of this supplier evaluation and selection system.
