A Study Of The Suppliers' Choicing And Goods-Ordering Distribution Based On The Structural Equation Model And The Fuzzy SWOT Analysis

With the increasingly more intense global competition,the supplier of choice onthe company's earnings has played a very important role. In today's situation,if it's notappropriate to the choice of the supplier,there will have the opposite effect to thewhole performamce of the company.However,as the market globalization,alternativesupplier became more and more.So,from a lot of suppliers to select the optimalsuppliers became more and more difficult.Choosing suitable supply and having thereasonable quantity for the supply of the distribution can not only effectively spreadthe risk of disrupted suppliers but also can ensure the lowest cost.So,after the companychoose the satisfied supplier,it still needs to determine the order of the allocationproblem for each supplier.Based on this practical needs,this paper puts forward twocombination model,structure equation combined with fuzzy AHP and SWOT combinedwith fuzzy logic to solve the problem of supplier selection.In order to solve thesupplier of allocation problems,most articals are using the fuzzy linearprogramming.But,few articles consider a limited capacity and the fuzzy ofdemand.then using fuzzy linear programming to solve the problem of the orderdistribution of the supplier at the limited capacity and fuzzy demand..Used in thepractical cases,get the ideal effect.In this paper,the supplier evaluation,selection and the order allocation problemas the research object,the main works are as follows:Firstly,reviews of the selection of supplier evaluation index system and the mainresearch method and suppliers to the current research status of distribution of order.Secondly,based on the structural equation model of the evaluation and selection tothe supplier.first,set up supplier evaluation index system,and then,puts forward thestructure equation model combined with FAHP.Thirdly,based on the Fuzzy SWOT analysis method for the supplier selection.Firstset up supplier evaluation index of the inner and outer index,then,proposed the comprehensive evaluation method that the fuzzy logic approach combined with SWOTanalysis.Fourth,put forward two model of the above application respectively in the concreteapplication cases,describes the process of application of the model.Fifth,under the fuzzy of demand and the limited capacity of warehouse,sdudy theorder of the single product supplier of distribution decision problem.
