With the rapid development of e-commerce, more and more enterprises using e-commercetools to compete in the market in recent years. Competition between enterprises is graduallytransferred to the e-commerce-based competition, this competition also led to the traditionalsupply chain relationships change, e-commerce means changing the traditional mode of supplychain development, particularly in the supply transmission of information on the way in thechain of fundamental change, so that the communication of information between enterprisessmoother; resource utilization more reasonable; greatly improve the operating efficiency of thesupply chain. However, the use of new communications and computer technology in theoperation of the supply chain, bring convenience to the supply chain management, but alsomakes the control more complex supply chain risk, supply chain risk prevention mechanisms areno longer in the e-commerce environment apply. Therefore, the e-commerce environment,supply chain risk research by academia and the business community more and more attention.Based on the combination of e-commerce and supply chain management, supply chain riskin the e-commerce environment, summarizes the characteristics of the supply chain riskmanagement in the e-commerce environment, and then proposed based on logistics, capital flowand information stream of e-commerce environment, supply chain risk index system; evaluationmethod, the full analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars in the study on supply chain riskassessment method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on information entropyright.The last study confirmed the applicability and reliability of this model by Z company whichrepresentative of B2C.
