With the development of civil aviation industry in China, the number of flights and passengers has increased dramatically. How to give full play to the initiative, is not only related to the level of the work performance, but also has an important influence to ensure air traffic transportation security. Jack Welch once said "any company which want to win rely on competition, must try to make everyone engagement". Research shows that the employee's engagement has a direct impact on work performance. The airport security to work as a key link to secure civil aviation, human errors of security personnel will has a direct threat to civil aviation transportation safety. Due to the working content trivial,time not fixed and other reasons, many problems exists in the airport security personnel, such as complain more, the brain seriously drain and engagement insufficient. The thesis is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of "Coupling mechanism of the air traffic security risk and early warning decision support system" project. Select the airport security personnel as the research object to study the relationships between the engagement and human errors, which has theoretical and practical significance.Based on the related research and interview, analyze the connotation and the influence factors of engagement and human errors, put forward the conceptual model with the relationship of security personnel's engagement and human errors and discuss the three relationships of satisfaction, engagement and human errors. Then the thesis based on the empirical survey data, by the use of SPSS statistical analysis software to test for the proposed research hypotheses. Furthermore use MATLAB software to simulation the interaction relationship of engagement and human errors and put forward the advices that could ascension of the security personnel engagement so as to reduce human errors, in order to guide management practice. Thus, reaches the following important conclusions: (1) Population different variables have different effects on satisfaction, engagement and human errors. Gender, age, position and department of difference have significant influences to their satisfaction, engagement and human errors.(2) Security personnel's satisfaction and engagement has significantly positive correlation. It shows job satisfaction is the important factor that can influence engagement. If there is more satisfaction, it will improve engagement.(3) Security personnel's satisfaction and human errors has significant negative correlation. The satisfaction produce negative influence on human errors and this kind of influence realized through the two ways. One is satisfaction directly influence on human errors, another influence on human errors is indirectly by engagement as a mediating role.(4) Security personnel's engagement and human error which has significant negative correlation. It indicates that the security personnel's job approval to the higher level will reduce the human errors observably.
