| With the arrival of knowledge economy,the traditional understanding of human re-source management is limited to personnel recruitment,training,salary,trivial work such as file management,human resource management is the need to play the role of more and more involved in enterprise strategic level,so the traditional looking forward to the reform of hu-man resources management.With more and more enterprises pay attention to the personnel quality,and engagement.There are more and more research focuses on personnel quality,the effects of engagement to organizational performance.This study of personnel quality,engagement and organization performance carried on the thorough analysis,studies the three factors of the relationship be-tween various important dimensions.Through the iceberg model theory,behaviorism theory,the study of psychological contract theory,as well as the literature research to find the per-sonnel quality and engagement;Personnel quality and organizational performance;Engage-ment relationship with organizational performance.The research object of this paper BE company is an enterprise with foreign investment in China,taking the form of questionnaire to collect data and information to employees,and as the basic data for quantitative analysis,through the generalization of the questionnaire da-ta,and combining with the SPSS20.0 statistics software and AMOS 17.02 structural equation model as a tool software,the data statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,partial correlation analysis and equa-tion model validation and analysis method.Assumptions about relationship and analyze the hypothesis through the above methods.To found a company’s existing problems and some advice is given. |
