In recent years,with the continuous development of civil aviation industry,the steady increase of national economic income,aircraft become more and more passengers travel choice of transportation,which makes the security first-line staff work intensity is increasing,the serious situation of air defense security,also makes the security inspectors work pressure doubled.Since 2003 security inspection with the implementation of the civil aviation system reform of territorial management,its organizational form has undergone a fundamental change,law enforcement power is limited,security inspection work due to the constraints of various factors in the enterprise mechanism,human resources management is still in the process of improvement,the front-line security personnel in the incentive management there are many problems to be solved.At present,the incentive management mode of civil aviation security inspection in all parts of China is basically the same,s airport is the largest hub port in central and western China,s airport security personnel incentive management problems are common in most airports throughout the country,so this paper takes s airport security personnel as the specific research object,through the method of combining theory and practice,s airport security personnel incentive management problems are analyzed andFirstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis and knowledge framework of this paper through the incentive theory and research status at home and abroad,then introduces the history of civil aviation security inspection,management status and domestic and foreign airport security inspection human resources reform experience,for the study of s airport security personnel management status to pave the way.This paper focuses on the s airport security personnel incentive management research,first through the organizational structure,personnel structure to explain the s airport security human resources status;Then through the security service arrangement,working time arrangement,release rate statistics to introduce s airport security work status;Then through the compensation and welfare,rewards and punishment mechanism,staff training and other aspects,introduce s airport security incentive management status.Secondly,questionnaire survey and case analysis are adopted to explore the main problems existing in the incentive management of s airport security inspection,analyze its needs,and combine with the actual situation of s airport,put forward more specific solutions: first,to ensure fair and just incentive management;Second,improve the salary management system;Third,equal pay for equal work;Fourth,pay attention to the growth and development of employees;Fifth,realize self-worth;Sixth,humane care;Seventh,strengthen the construction of communication channels;Eighth,to meet the social needs of employees;Ninth,pay attention to the professional characteristics of employees.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide a useful reference for s airport security inspection human resources management reform and innovation,in order to standardize security inspection management,at the same time to the domestic security peer incentive management reform plays a reference role,improve public satisfaction,promote social harmony and stability.
