Automobile logistics has been considered the most complex and extensive field, while the auto parts inbound logistics is the center part of automobile logistics. With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the automobile companies put for-ward higher request about the management level of inbound logistics. The quondam logistics mode of the auto enterprises and out-dated informationalized facilities are restricting the development of the enterprise logistics. With the enterprise logistics outsourced to the third-part logistics company, the auto enterprise should pay more attention to the integration of logistics process control and try to enhance the factory logistics information construction level so as to adapt the increasingly fierce competition in the automobile market. Therefore, the study of the car factory for supply chain logistics control system plays an important part in the improvement of the overall logistics efficiency and visual level. It can also enhance the logistics process control ability of the company.This paper firstly reviewed related theory about the automobile supply chain and the inbound logistics, which included the automobile supply chain structure, the feature of the purchasing supply chain, the concept and mode of inbound logistics, the third party logistics development and application and the supply chain information system. And then the paper analyzed the current application situation of the auto parts supply chain logistics management and information system. After that, the thesis analyzed the whole system needs and goals, the supply chain information sharing mode, put forward the core enterprise based integrated information sharing model, and then analyzes the business needs and system construction strategy. On this basis, this paper put forward the system structure, presented the design scheme of the subsystems, and finally introduced the key technologies used in the system. The paper constructed a supply chain logistics information interaction and communication platform based on Web Service technology, with the third party logistics enterprise as the core. This platform can realize the seamless connection and interaction among parts suppliers, the third party logistics enterprise and automotive manufacturing enterprise. Also it can enhance the coordination and control ability of inbound logistics.Take the cooperation between A car manufacturers and W logistics enterprise as an example, the paper analyzed the current situation, pointed out the existing problems of the A company, gave the system implementation structure and the application modules in inbound logistics of A car company. Finally the thesis analyzed the benefits brought by the system implementation and the problems that must be solved. With the continuous development of automobile logistics technology, the inbound logistics control system for supply chain will play a more and more important role.
