Research And Application On Inbound Logistics Mode Of Automobile Part Owing To Order

In logistics industry, automobile logistics is regarded as the most complicated business, which has four major modules (inbound, production, distribution and reverse) of the automobile logistics. Because of the hugeness transportation and distribution system are hard to be integrated, as well as the communications between the supplying and demanding sides are very difficult, the current inbound logistics system in our country can not meet the market demand of modern automobile industry competing. So how to reduce the cost and promote the level of service has become an important concern of the automobile industry.This paper analyzes the process and features of current inbound logistics of automobile part owing to order, expounding the problems in transportation, distribution and storage system of inbound logistics. And then, three logistics service mode: the self-run logistics, the traditional outsourcing logistics and the logistics alliance are analyzed in detail. AHP (analytic hierarchy process) are used to handle the selection and decision making of logistics service mode.Based on these analyze and research, this paper built the optimization designs mode of automobile enterprise with 3PL as lead player. Respectively, this paper carried out detailed design from two aspects: The transportation system optimization designs, the distribution system optimization designs.Finally, an empirical study in an automobile company is carried out to testify feasibility of the model proposed in this paper.
