With the advent of the information age,the Internet industry has made rapid development,and has had a tremendous impact on China's economy and changes.The Internet is a platform to realize information transmission and sharing,optimize the allocation of social resources,social exchanges and commercial transactions.Small and medium-sized Internet enterprises have mushroomed in recent years,showing a strong innovation ability,its production and operation mode also has a strong vitality.Under the background of economic globalization,the Internet industry has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives,promoting the transformation of the economic structure.However,due to its own particularity,the management mode of Internet industry is quite different from that of traditional industry,which puts forward higher requirements for its human resource management.At present,the corporate strategy and human resource management strategy of Internet enterprises cannot achieve a good match,and the management ability and efficiency of enterprises are greatly limited.Therefore,the human resource management of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises has become a topic of common concern in the current academic and business circles.Based on the basic theory of human resource management,this paper conducts a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of human resource management in enterprise A by using the methods of literature and case study.By using the method of documentation,a great deal of information related to human resources management has been obtained.By sorting out and analyzing the relevant data,this paper clarifies the operation mechanism of human resource management mode in Internet enterprises,grasps the connotation of human resource management,and determines the goal of human resource management.On this basis,this paper explores the important path of human resource management in Internet enterprises,and through case study method,carries out case analysis of Enterprise A,realizes the integration of research theory and practice,and provides valuable reference for other Internet enterprises.
