The division of economic globalization is accelerating,the enterprise market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the pace of enterprise reform is also accelerating,and gradually to the depth of reform forward.The enterprise not only gradually scale development,integration and merger among enterprises has gradually increased,between different scale enterprises of different industries,the merger between the objective,is to enhance the enterprise scale,the pressure to respond to market competition,enterprises seek economies of scale and market competition advantage.For the state-owned enterprises,the SASAC's leading,the reform of state-owned enterprises is also deepening,not only to improve the management,strengthen the supervision of the SASAC in 2014,and launched a new idea of state-owned capital management platform,hoping to strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises,enhance the ability of internal control.Optimize the allocation of resources,enhance the enterprise scale,increasing economic benefits of enterprises.Central enterprises group is an important part of China's national economy,the improvement of the structure of the central enterprises directly related to the success or failure of China's modern enterprise reform.In this paper,China National Materials Group Co.,Limited as the research object,by the domestic and foreign experience of group human resources management and theory as the basis of this study,analysis of Yunnan salt Limited by Share Ltd human resource management,the main problems,and from the angle of design in Yunnan salt Limited by Share Ltd human resource management model,human resource management the function and improvement of human resource management and the supervision and security measures put forward countermeasures to improve Yunnan salt Limited by Share Ltd human resource management system.
