Study On The Tourism Development Of Tianfu Water Culture

The birth of human civilization is closely related with water. Water culture as the source of human culture; and reflect the relationship between man and water. Water culture covered the sum of material and spiritual wealth which is produced during the process of development of people know water ,governance water, use water, appreciate water and enjoy the water.Hydraulic civilization plays a very important position in Chinese culture. The Chinese civilization comes from flood control. Chengdu plains could enjoy the fame of "land of abundance" also because of Dujiangyan irrigation system project construction. Under the background of Chengdu putting forward building the world modern garden city, Sichuan which has China's only world heritage water conservancy project should strengthen the construction of water culture. Putting the connotation of Tianfu water culture into the development of urban tourism and the construction of landscape, shaping an important means of creating ideal living environment, upgrading city's image and cultural scope and strengthening the construction of the ecological environment and promote sustainable urban development.The first part of this paper defines the concept, range and content of water culture, analyses the development of four aspects research—water culture and urban construction, water culture and landscape shaping, water culture and tourism development and the water culture of Chengdu plain. The second part probes into impetus of culture to the development of tourism, based on the viewpoint of resource development value theory and system theory. From the tourism function of water culture, analyzes the various characteristics and methods of tourism development.The third part describes the stream distribution of Chengdu Plain and the development of water civilization of ancient Shu, explains the definition of Tianfu water culture and its specific content. Tianfu and interpretation of the connotation of water culture, water culture Tianfu refining the core culture of meaning and cultural connotations of radiation, and thus proposed tourism development Tianfu proposed water culture. Through unscrambling the connotation of water culture, raises the suggestion of tourism development of Tianfu water culture.The last part selects Wenjiang as a study case of tourism development of Tianfu water culture, trying to put the concept and method proposed previously into practice, constructing development system of water culture tourism from four aspects: culture, landscape, interpretation, products; showing the poetic pastoral landscape of"the habitat model city of Tianfu", injecting more water culture connotations for the tourism development of Wenjiang.
