Research On The Temporal And Spatial Differences Of The Coordination Development Of City's Eco-environment And Economy In Inner Mongolia

The coordinated development of environment and economy is the core of sustainable development.At present,China has entered a new period of ecological civilization construction,a new stage,Effective management of the relationship between the ecological environment and economic development is an important way to achieve regional sustainable development.In particular,the five concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing" put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee have provided new ideas for regional economic development and environmental protection work,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of the five ethnic minority areas,Steady progress in Inner Mongolia,the coordinated development of ecological environment and economy for the motherland to create beautiful scenery in northern China is particularly important.In this paper,the territory of nine prefecture-level cities in Inner Mongolia and the three UNITA Union Office as the object of study.Using the data from2005 to 2014 to construct the evaluation index system.The combination of analytic hierarchy process and coordinated development degree model to measure the evolution of urban ecological environment and economic development in Inner Mongolia in time.On this basis,the time node is drawn through ArcGIS 10.2 to map the spatial distribution of coordinated urban development in Inner Mongolia.To explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the coordinated development of ecological environment and economy in Inner Mongolia cities at the same time point.And then use clustering analysis to analyze the spatial distribution of urban coordinated development in Inner Mongolia in 2014.Finally,based on the evaluation results and analysis,put forward a certain countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions are drawn from the following conclusions:(1)From the point of view of timing,In 2005-2014,the coordinated development level of urban ecological environment and economy in Inner Mongolia continued to rise,And showing a trend of benign extension;The evolution of ecological environment and economic development type to high quality coordination type.Ecological environment and economic development in the direction of the coordinated development of the direction of evolution,but in the process of showing the main economic lag.(2)From the spatial distribution point of view,the spatial distribution of urban ecological environment and economic development in Inner Mongolia is mainly reflected in the coordinated development of the central and western cities,the western cities are poor,the middle and eastern cities are in the middle level,Regional coordinated development level has a more obvious leading edge.(3)From the coordinated development of the evolution of the type of view,In 2005 and 2014,the coordinated development of Erdos City was realized by the primary coordination class to the high quality coordination class evolution;Hohhot City,Baotou City,coordinated development type achieved by the primary coordination class promoted to a good coordination type;Chifeng City,Tongliao City coordination type,From the reluctant coordination class to improve the coordination class;Hulunbeier City,Wulanchabu City,Xilinhot City coordination type from the reluctant coordination class to the intermediate coordination class;Bayannaoer City,Wulanhaote City coordination type from reluctant coordination type to primary coordination Type;Wuhai City coordination type achieved from the brink of imbalance to a good coordination class changes;Alashan Zuoqi coordination type from mild disorder class for the primary coordination class.(4)From the two subsystems of ecological environment and economy,the urban eco-environmental quality and economic development level of Inner Mongolia in the period of 2005 to 2014 showed a progressive trend.However,in the ecological environment quality still need to increase investment in urban environmental protection funds to gradually improve the quality of urban airand drinking water quality;in economic development,still need to strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure,in particular,should reduce energy consumption,while improving the tertiary industry development and energy efficiency as enhance the regional economic efficiency of the breakthrough.
