Study On Express Delivery Logistics Performance Evaluation System

As a branch of the logistics, Express services efficiency is related to the national economy.however, China's express industry is not ideal, and greatly affected by foreign express delivery giants. In order to change this situation, this article analyze the express industry development situation and proposed index system, finally use an example to verify the rationality of this model, which are important in enriching theory and promoting express performance.This article consists of four aspects:First, characteristics of express delivery.it make deep analysis and detailed presentation of express. This paper argues that the scientific and rational evaluation should be representative and comprehensive,and reflect the requirements of the customer. So the deep analysis of the express delivery is essential.Second, introduce performance evaluation theory and evaluation methods. After comparing a variety of methods, I decide to use AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation,to make up for the subjectivity of defects of AHP.Third,Establish comprehensive evaluation model of express, based on the analysis of express logistics system influencing factors, index divided into twenty-six indicators,calculate the index weights and the evaluation set, establish express delivery logistics performance evaluation model.Last,Empirical Analysis and express logistics solution. Based on information collected by the questionnaire, by third comprehensive evaluation,the score of each indicator can be classified as excellent, good,medium, generally, poor,this five levels.
