Performance Study On The Cultivated Land Protective Policies During The Urbanization Process In Hunan Province

The implementation of cultivated land protection policy in order to ease the country's economic development the contradiction between the demand for land and cultivated land protection, but also the inherent requirements of the sustainable use of cultivated land in China. Study on cultivated land protection policy performance in the process of urbanization in Hunan Province, and Hunan's cultivated land protection current situation and existing problems, and to study countermeasures to improve the protection of cultivated land, and is conducive to the implementation of the protection of cultivated land in Hunan Province as well as sustainable economic development.Study the performance of the Hunan's farmland protective policy and to explore a way of improving the current performance. Research methods used mainly literature review, causal analysis, comparative analysis, principal component analysis.Building the index system of the study on Hunan province cultivatedland protective policies.By using the software of SPSS18.0, we can calculate the scores of cultivated land protection policy in Hunan province. The results show that it is not high to the overall level of Hunan's farmland protection policy performance, and Loudi's utility values of cultivated land protection policy was the highest,and the lowest was Zhuzhou.According to the conclusions, some suggestions including the specific legal system, administrative and economic systems, social supervision system, sciency and technology system are proposed to reform Hunan Province's cultivated land protection policies.
