Groping And Analysis For Policies Of Shanghai Service Outsourcing

This thesis put forward the concept of service outsourcing (SO) from the actual cases. Through groping the concept of SO, the author wanted to research the root cause of rapid development of SO, and considered how to make use of the theory of"new public service"and""strategic management of public"to establish the SO policies system. The content of this thesis was included: Analyzing the SO policies in India, Philippine and Malaysia where SO were growing rapidly lately, exploring the key factors. Analyzing the SO stratagem of our country, comparing the SO policies in Dalian and Suzhou, the representative SO area in China. Analyzing the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats of Shanghai, thinking which is the best way to develop SO in shanghai, giving policies suggestion.
