Energy is a major guarantee of the survival and development of human society. It is also an important base for sustainable economic and social development of our country. With the rapid development of economy and the result of advances in technology in our country, there is not only the increasingly evident contradiction between energy supply and demand in China, but also caused a truly big environmental pollution problem. Therefore, developing renewable energy is quite important for our country energy strategy.According to the actual situations of the exploiture of renewable energy, exploitation factors of marine renewable energy are analyzed, which forming from five aspects, including resources, economy, technology, environment and security. Then evaluation index systems of exploiture of marine renewable energy and China’s renewable energy are established. Meantime comprehensive evaluation model for the exploiture of renewable energy is established on the basis of PCA and DEA. The effective information of multiple factors is extracted and adverse impact of related factors is reduced by PCA; comprehensive efficiency and restrictive factors on the exploiture of marine renewable energy are analyzed in light of DEA. Finally, the case of marine renewable energy exploiture in Chinese coastal areas is evaluated, which shows that irrational proportion of marine renewable energy between input and output is one of negative developments in the exploiture of marine renewable energy. Meantime, the application case also shows the feasibility of proposed methods. And the case of renewable energy exploiture in China is also evaluated, which explains that rational proportion of research and development for marine renewable energy between input and output, including wave energy, ocean thermal energy and salinity gradient energy.Then the optimization mathematics model of renewable energy exploiture is builded for the purpose of researching the problem of structure optimization of China’s renewable energy exploiture. The optimal exploiture proportion of renewable energy in China in2020and2030is obtained. The results can play a vital role in developing of the future of renewable energy...
