Research Of CAD/CAM Technology Based On The CAXA-CNC Engraving

With the fast development of economy and the improvement of the quality of life,the traditional manual sculpture products can not meet people’s aesthetic idea, thus CNCengraving technology is required to emerge. In the industrial production and daily life,have already had a wide range of applications. This paper is mainly aimed atCAD/CAM technology in the application of carving industry, the main researchcontents are as follows:Include using two-dimensional images’ information to complete3D form,the2Dprojection diagram construct3D form and three different algorithms of geometric reliefdata model, be aims at researching and analyzing the2D images into3D graphics,especially applications of data model of geometric relief, realize the geometric reliefmodeling. At the same time, focusing on algorithm analysis of the carving processbased on Z-Map data model.Research2004CAXA software among CAD/CAM, and introduce the rougheningand fine machining, and researching to combine the regional type rough machining andcontour rough machining, at last, research high-speed machining of thin-walledaluminum alloy parts based on CAXA software platform.Analyse deeply process of CNC engraving programming. The rational design ofprocessing technology, the choice of numerical control processing cutting tool andprocessing in postprocessing procedures, and gain better processing effect, whichprovide some important reference basis about the process of analysis, selection ofnumerical control machining tool, generation of tool path, processing in postprocessingand ensure precision and other many aspects for operation staff, and base on the above algorithms, the example can verify the correctness of the algorithm process.
