The main tools for traditional carving are "knives,axes,chisels,saws",etc.The products are mainly based on the long-term processing experience of the engraver,and the quality of the processing mainly depends on the level of personal craftsmanship during carving.With the development of the times,traditional hand-carving has been unable to meet the demand of modern people for exquisite carving products from the processing efficiency and processing cost.In order to meet the development requirements of the market,this article is based on high-speed precision engraving machine,through the selection of high-speed precision engraving machine tool,engraving programming and relief modeling three aspects of research,and through processing examples to verify.We hope to provide a valuable reference for the early realization of mechanized production instead of manual production.Study the selection principle of high-speed engraving machine tools.First,based on the analysis of ordinary CNC engraving processing and high-speed CNC engraving processing based on the "small tool,fast speed,slow feed" processing concepts.In addition,the influence of the tool processing on the small tool was analyzed from the aspects of engraving method,tool angle,and processing material,and a series of tool selection principles were proposed to guide the actual engraving production.Study high-speed engraving machine numerical control programming technology,use high-precision engraving machine CNC engraving programming technology to generate engraving path projection method,in the introduction of high-speed engraving machine tool,cutting tool selection,processing methods,etc.The thought of processing and processing,and using the tool analysis software that comes with the engraving machine,tested the modular programming.Helps improve programming efficiency.Studying the design method of high-speed carving machine relief products,introducing geometric relief modeling and bitmap relief modeling respectively,and performing simple analysis and comparison through Mickey examples.On this basis,the idea of constructing a relief model with higher similarity through B-spline surfaces is proposed.Finally,through a series of steps such as tool selection,programming,and relief modeling,we use campus culture creative souvenirs as an example for comprehensive verification.The paper studies new tool selection methods,programming techniques,and relief modeling.Through model establishment,tool path simulation,and example verification,it has certain positive significance for high-speed CNC engraving production instead of manual engraving.
