With the improvement of people living, requirements people have on fabric becomeincreasingly strict, Light, fit, comfortable, soft, elastic have become one of the new goals thatclothes fabric are pursuing, in the direction of the high-grade product, it will be a necessarytrend. Due to the unique advantages of compact spinning yarn, the fabric surface smoothness,clarity, refreshing smooth feeling and appearance of the fabric will be improved, so highquality cotton compact spinning product will become more and more popular.Based on summarizing quality superiority of compact spinning yarn,Use theinternational leading Swiss Rieter compact spinning production line to develop highwear-resisting yarn, mainly research 7.3tex and 9.7tex pure cotton compact spinning combedyarn, and give a detailed narration for technological design of the preparative of spinning.In this paper, in addition to analyzing the compact spinning principle, the mechanismand characteristics of compact devices, the advantages and applications of compact yarn,meanwhile, mainly researched and analyzed K45 spinning compact spinning processparameters (such as negative pressure size, draft multiple in back zone, the coefficient oftwist)that how to impact on compact spinning yarn quality .Use the method of analysis of range and variance analysis to conduct parametersoptimization design about negative pressure size, draft multiple in back zone and thecoefficient of twist , the results show that the influence that negative pressure size on the yarnquality is most prominent ,draft multiple in back zone and spun yarn twist factor take secondplace. And get the optimal technological parameters: negative pressure was 2500 Pa, thecoefficient of twist was 400, draft multiple in back zone was 1.09.Finally, with the help of computer, we used the optical microscope to observe andanalyze the longitudinal and transverse structure of the compact spinning yarn and ordinaryring spindle spinning. Besides, conduct a comparative analysis in yarn wear resistance, yarnhairiness and strength of the yarn between compact spinning yarn and ring spindle spinning.By using origin8.0 analysis software, regression analysis was made for yarn unevenness, yarndetails and yarn strength. Find out the multiple regression equation between them, and drawthe corresponding regression curve, the result shows that the details of the yarn had a greateffect on strength of yarn.
