Spinning is the use of tools for a very small portion of the workpiece in order to exertpressure and its gradually forming a technological method, the cylindrical part of powerspinning due to its high flexibility and high product quality in the national economy fields, inparticular, played an increasingly important role in the field of aerospace and its increasinglywide range of applications.Spinning is complicated plastic forming technology, the process is affected by variousfactors, in the actual production, the formulation of the spinning data to rely on the experienceof factory workers and experience in a simple formula, and then spin a lot of trial to determinethe final process parameters. This approach not only requires highly qualified staff, but alsovery unstable, easily lead to energy waste of time, money and staff.Spinning simulation technology can save a lot of material and financial resources andmanpower, and its extensive materials library and database to reflect the actual processingdata, and for guiding the actual production.This article compares the geometric nonlinear description of the method: theLagrangian method and Eulerlan spinning simulation, analysis of the constitutive model ofelastic-plastic finite element equation, the change of workpiece spinning after theperformance model of the Gurson damage model analysis, the metal forming softwareSimufact of spinning was simulated with different parameters, such as feed, the thinning rateof different materials, with post-processing software obtained, such as temperature, pressuredistribution data, comparison of various parameters produce processing defects and clear thecloud images; for different parameters of the case, the forming of the workpiece, and spinningthe simulation results were analyzed, and discussed the optimal parameter settings.
