A Study Of Taiyuan Urban Garbage Classification Collection And Comprehensive Utilization

City expansion, population growth and consumption of the resources directly result inurban garbage problems, which are very difficult for many countries to solve. With the rapiddevelopment of our country’s economy and society, the urban garbage problems more andmore serious have to be solved.This study discusses, analyzes and evaluates the classification, treatment, utilization andmanagement of the urban garbage on basis of the situation, variation tendency, managementmodel, comprehensive utilization of Taiyuan urban garbage. The main research contentsinclude.1. Use the Grey Prediction System to predict the garbage output of Taiyuan City during“The 12th Five-Year”period. The result shows that the garbage disposal capacity is difficultto meet the waste generated during this period, and it is necessary to improve the wastedisposal capacity.2. Through questionnaires, realize Taiyuan citizens have a good awareness ofenvironmental protection, so the implementation of garbage classification collection has abroad social base.3. Based on the current situation of garbage collection in Taiyuan City, designed fourcollection plans. Employ Hierarchy Analysis Method to evaluate these four plans, and the 3rdplan stands out which classifies garbage as recyclable, non-recyclable, toxic and harmful, andkitchen.4. Analyze the garbage disposal program of Taiyuan City comprehensively by fuzzymathematical evaluation, and the result shows that the Garbage Comprehensive TreatmentMethod is optimal.At the end of this paper ,the effective implementation of the urban garbage treatmentmodel through the technical support and the laws guarantee are analyzed and discussed , andthe technical guarantee measures and laws measures of the classification collection, centralized treatment and comprehensive utilization are suggested. The affection of theproperty right, investment, industrialization and management on the urban garbagecomprehensive utilization is discussed, and a clear, complete and feasible way of the specifictreatment about Taiyuan urban garbage is given. Here, we expect that this study can help andpromote Taiyuan to solve urban garbage problems, and can be the leading demonstration andgood example in Shanxi.
