Successfully developed the green process route to oxidize cyclohexene synthesising epoxycyclohexane with hydrogen peroxide in our laboratory, many reaction aqueous solution contain2.3%of1,2-Cyclohexandiol. The letdown of aqueous phase with1,2-Cyclohexandiol not only pollute environment, but also a tremendous waste of resources. Due to the reactions that produce too much water, the traditional distillation and extraction separation method have high energy and lower separating efficiency in the operating process. This article in view of this situation, propose process route of adsorption separation1,2-Cyclohexandiol with macroporous adsorptive resins. The main contents and results are as follows:Firstly, this article bulided the GC condition of identification and content determination in rapid analyzing1,2-Cyclohexandiol within the aqueous phrase. The standard curve for quantitative analysis was y=1.01085x-0.00388using pyridine as internal standard. The experimental results demonstrate that analytical conditions with establishment can meet the conditions and the related issues of industry analysis needs.The experiment which nine kinds of macroporous resin static adsorption1,2-Cyclohexanediol indicates that:AB-8macroporous resin has good effect on the1,2-Cyclohexandiol within the aqueous phrase. And within the range of temperature, the results of analysis indicated that the equilibrium data were perfectly represented by Langmuir isotherm model; Thermodynamic parameters such as△G,△Hand AS were calculated, thermodynamic studies revealed that it was a exothermic in nature and physical adsorption process with a decrease of entropy. The kinetics studies indicated that adsorption process followed the pseudo second-order model, and the expression was t/Qt,=t/2116.45+0.03253.In the self-made adsorption column, the dynamic adsoration experments of1,2-Cyclohexandiol by macroporous resin AB-8were investigated in the different conditions, the results showed that the better conditions for adsorption and separation1,2-Cyclohexanediol in reaction aqueous solutions by AB-8resin were:temperature 298.15K, sample flow rate1.0mL/min, bed height4.0cm. and the numerical simulation of adsorbent was t=38.81+10.27×lnCt/(25-Ct), adsorption rate is up to persantage of97under better conditions.The experimental investigation of desorption dynamics of1,2-Cyclohexandiol are obtained the optimum desorption and purification conditions using1,2-Dichloroe thane as desorption solvent.Under the better conditions desorption rate of1,2-Cyclohexandiol still reach percentage98above, purity reach over percentage of98after purification, and AB-8macroporous resin were reused.
