The Setting Up And Using Of The Majior Hazards On-Line Observation’s

In the recent years, with the development of industry production, there are also many production safety accidents, that brings tremendous loss to the enterprise, and also big impact to the environment and people’s livelihood. Most of the accidents are caused by the misunderstanding and inproper management of major hazards. Now the government has issued a series policy to enhance the major hazards management and control this risk, including major hazards classify, hierarchic direct, major hazards general investigation and claim, major hazards safety evaluation, and on-line observation system.This article is on this time point and studied the domestic and oversea major hazards theory and process, find the relative merits to define the internal discipline and key point. This study found out the major flaw is missed to set up major hazards on-line information system, real-time manage the parameters. This article then reviewed the basic theory about the on-line observation installation. It used the real case of PE-CVD workshop for study. Use above theory to analysis the hazards and set up on-line observation system to prevent the production safety accidents. Finally, this article summarized the recommendations based on the case study.
