Social Support Research On Farmers Environment Vulnerable Groups

Framers environmental vulnerable groups is a new class of special groups in recent years, its emerging is accompanied by rural industrialization and the political and economic integration development model. Because the reason of mainstay, system and the legal, farmers face various dilemma of environment struggles, when their environment rights have been violated. To discuss the social support of farmers environmental vulnerable group, from the perspective of ENGO, and put forward the corresponding policy, is the objective requirements of pursuit the principles and values of the harmonious social and maintain the stability of the rural areas.Around this themes, this article is divided into four parts:Part one:introduction, including the background, the purpose and significance of this study, the review of domestic and foreign research, basic concepts, the research idea and research method, ect.Part two:environment tort behavior and the environmental right protection dilemma of farmers vulnerable group. Exploring the logic of the development of social support for vulnerable groups, from the environment right theory, the characteristics of environment tort behavior and the environmental right protection dilemma of farmers vulnerable group.Part three:the analysis of advantages of environment ENGO community support and the support modes. From the ENGO’s public service, professional technical, and the organization of mobilization, to analysis the advantages of ENGO’s social support. Form the consultation services, instead of litigation, commercial interference and the supervision of public opinion to analysis the social support model of ENGO.Part four:policy suggestions of the ENGO’s social support to the farmers environment vulnerable group. Analysis the main problems of the ENGO’s social supports, and from the system of innovation, financial support, and given the legal status of ENGO, to put forward some policy suggestions.
