The square plansifters are widely used in the grain and oil processing enterprises due totheir features of compact structure, smooth operation, low power consumption, high siftingefficiency. They are used for grading and screening the powder in the flour mills. At present,the mass of the square plansifte is too large, it is very inconvenient for transporting andinstalling. The design of this kind machine is still based on experience and simple staticcalculation. With the expansion of enterprise scale, the requirement of the screening abilityis higher, obviously the traditional design method can no longer meet the requirements.In this paper, the structure design and the dynamic analysis of the square plansifter wasexplored positively. The major research achievements were as follows:1. The current existing problems of the square plansifter were summed up. Theguiding ideology of the modular structure design was presented; the light materialwas selected and the new structure was designed.2. A method was presented to optimize the eccentric rotor; through simulating theelectromechanical coupling model, the load of the square plansifter was obtainedduring the starting time, the foundaion for dynamics structural analysis was laid.3. The dynamics structural analysis of the square plansifter was carried out. The first20-order mode was obtained by modal analysis; stress and strain distribution of thetime course was indicated by dynamics structural analysis, the stiffness, strength ofthe structure was validated, so, a basis for improved design of the structure wasprovided.4. Provide an avenue for the dynamic design of inertial reciprocation vibrationmachine,while a reference for similar products.
