Safety System Management Research Based On Safety Chaos Science

Safety system is the core of safety science, is the place where the accident occurred, is the object of safety management. To all safety work, safety system mechanism understanding is premise. But in this aspect, domestic and foreign counterparts are generally in the blind zone. Therefore, it is significant to accelerate the pace of research on safety system management theory.This paper detailed analysis the importance of researching safety science basic theory based on researching the development of safety science, then proves the feasibility of creating safety chaos science. It puts forward the new methods of safety system management based on the idea of safety chaos system. The main research contents and results in this paper are as follows:(1) It detailed analysis the development course, subject system, correlation of safety science. It pointed out the problems of safety science research, discussed the importance of carrying out pure safety science research, and cited safety chaos science feasibility through the safety science five axioms. It pointed out the role of safety chaos science in the development of safety science.(2) Modern scientific knowledge in chaos science is applied tentatively in the study of safety science.Then the definition of safety chaos science is put forward at the first time and its connotation is analyzed. The theoretic branch system of the safety chaos science is constructed. At last, it further argued the importance of establishing safety chaos science, based on large application examples of the chaos theory on safety science.(3) To deepen the understanding of the safety system operation mechanism. That is, safety system is a complex system of attributes with chaos, with the dissipative structure form existence, exist fluctuation. Man-machine-environment three elements interact synergistically in system. Influence the fluctuation of system, and cause accidents to produce with mutation forms at the same time, Fault can be considered as a result which comes from enlarging disturbance in safety system cause the local of system lost stability. (4) Under the guidance of safety chaos science, put forward the safety system entropy theory and new management oversight rick tree as a representative of the safety system management basic theory. What’s more, it discussed the research methods of behavior-based safety in safety system management from the angle of safety science methodology.(5) Carrying out the research work about safety system management based on safety chaos science is the main stream of the development of safety science. It is helpful for deepening the understanding of the essential rule of safety system, is beneficial to develop traditional safety concept and safety principle. Especially, it is conducive to guide the direction of safety management, optimize the methods of safety management.
