China is a manufactured country with large population and lacking of perresources. The current mechanical products especially the scrapped machine tool ismore popular. How to make the old machines effectively recycled, maximize theuse of limited resources and reduce pollution is the significant problem we shouldface. Remanufacturing engineering is paid more and more attention because of itseconomy, environmental protection and social benefits. What’s more, it has becomethe important part of circular economy and sustainable development in China.The role of guide rail is leading and bearing. Guide way should have theenough guidance accuracy when do sports in no-load and cutting conditions. It isthe geometry precision foundation of machine tool. When the machine tool innumerical control transformation, in order to achieve the expected accuracy, how tocontrol the static and dynamic characteristics of the guide way in machine tool isparticularly important. Establishing the dynamic model of guide rail in thenumerical control machine tool must include joint surface. Joint surface model ofthe static parameters with modeling process can effectively improve the guideperformance prediction ability in design process.This paper started with analyzing the rigidity and damping of joint surface,took the guide way of remanufacturing numerical control machine tool as the object.Some details as follows, firstly, proposing four remanufacturing methods ofmachine tool guide way and presenting the influence of joint surface rigidity onmachining precision. Secondly, according to the finite element method, this textanalyzed the rigidity of pasting model and the rolling guide with ABAQUSanalytical tools. By this way establishing the theoretical basis for theremanufacturing method selection of guide way. Finally, in view of fractal theoryand Hertz theory, the fractal model about rigidity and damping of slide guide jointsurface was set up. As well as the stiffness model about rolling guide can be got.What’s more, this paper simulated by MATLAB through the detailed data.This article researched on Interfaces stiffness and damp of different guideways under multifarious remanufacturing methods. Contrasting the two methods inorder to get their own advantages and disadvantages. Comparing the joint surfacerigidity and damping before and after remanufactured based on fractal theory and Hertz theory. Taking quantitative analysis of the machining precision with the jointsurface rigidity. It provided some theoretical basis for the remanufactured methodsof guide way in remanufacturing process.
