As the two kinds main organic sulfur in oil, dimethyl sulfide and thiophene can make catalyst lose efficacy,and will pollute the atomsphere,so the organic sulfurs should be removed from oil before being used.In recent years,catalytic oxidation has been paid more attention in these research.This article choses salicylaldehyde,3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde,1,2-ethanediamineand and1,2-diaminobenzene as raw materials, four schiff base complexs were synthetized,with using "ship in a bottle" for NaY zeolite loading these complexs.Taking the condensation of3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde and1,2-ethanediamine as an example,it’s a FT-IR spectra catalysts in1620cm"1found the absorption peak,which belong to C=N;The UV-Vis spectral differences between NaY and Co(salen)/Y indicated that Co(salen) is loaded in molecular sieve; The characterization methods of XRD, SEM and BET proved that zeolite sieve structure was not be changed. Secondly, we have inspected the amount of gas investigating the oxygen and their performance of schiff base complexes.The results show that the affect of schiff base complexes property with oxygen with multiple factors.The temperature was lower,the oxygen absorption of schiff base complexes were less. Schiff base complexes with benzene rings electronic substituents could increase the center of electrons and metal ion density, thus strengthen the property with oxygen.By using the molecular sieve loaded cobalt metal complexes as catalyst,O2as the oxidant,we inspected the performance of catalytic system in removing thiophene from oil.Combined octane and thiophene to perpare simulation,we inspected temperature,catalyst content,thiophene initial concentration and catalyst ueded times to affect the effect of desulphurization rate.The results show that,in oxygen flow rate50mL/min,content of catalyst0.20g/25mL,temperature of60℃,catalyst can make thiophene concentration3000μg/g reduced to10μg/g,the desulphurization rate reached99.6%.Catalyst cycle used four times,the desulfurization rate was still more than90%.With ion chromatographic analysis product found thiophene was oxidized to sulfuric acid,the reaction to the thiopnene oxidation reaction was first reacton,reaction activation was34.67kJ/mol.This paper also used Co(salen)/Y as catalyst,O2as the oxidant,inspected the catalytic system to dimethyl sulfide of removal performance. We combined dimethyl sulfide and thiophene to perpare simulation, inspected temperature,cataltst content,thiophene initial concentration and catalyst ueded times to affect the effect of desulphurization rate.The results show that,in oxygen flow rate10mL/min,content of catalyst0.10g/25mL,temperature of25℃,catalyst can make thiophene concentration3000μg/g reduced to5μg/g,the desulphurization rate reached99.8%.Catalyst cycle used four times,the desulfurization rate was still more than95%.With ion chromatographic analysis product found dimethyl sulfide was oxidized to sulfuric acid.
