Study On Water Resource Protection And Ecological Planning In Yangling Demonstration Zone

Aiming at the present situation of the water environment and the existing problems andwater supply and drainage facilities problems, the paper put forward the strategy and goal ofthe water environment protection and planning based on the analysis of the waterenvironment background and the condition of water resources in yangling demonstrationzone.In order to solve the water environmental problems that demonstration zone facing, thispaper introduces water resource planning of yangling demonstration zone. According to thepresent situation, strategies and objectives of the water resource planning, the overall planningprogram of the water resource was confirmed. Three kinds of planning were put forwardaccording to three rivers and canals in the center of Yangling. It showed and contrasted theplan pictures of programs, structure planning schemes and water resource planning rendering.The purpose of water environmental protection in demonstration zone is that keeps avirtuous circle of city water resource and natural ecological system. The protection of realityand science should be active protection. Protection and development in the opening processmake water environmental protection into the opening and sustainable orbit. On the basis ofthe strategy and goal of the water environment protection and planning, this paper plans watersource, the water source protection, water plant, water supply system, agricultural water anddrainage engineering to yangling demonstration zone. This paper describes the rain bayplanning, shunfeng lake planning and water resource ecological design. At finally, the paperdiscusses the calculation of water demand and water quality guarantee analysis and theneighboring land price influence on water resource planning.
