Development and utilization of using timber residuals resources, develop environmental protection with tray supermarket composite materials. The one hand, to a certain extent relief the situation of forest resource scarcity, realize timber residuals of main efficient, high-quality comprehensive utilization. On the other hand, the environmental protection supermarket with tray composite not only in meet the normal material mechanics performance of the tray, but also limits the free phenol, the free formaldehyde release, to ensure the internal staff, supermarket shoppers body health. It has high research value and positive social significance,In this paper, Larix gmelinii shavings wood chips are used for filling material, phenol formaldehyde resin for matrix material, bamboo strips for reinforcing material. Due to studying the environment-friendly synthetic technology of phenolic resin and use the three sections of hot-pressing process method, exploring the environment-friendly supermarket with tray of composite material preparation process.Studying on synthesis process of the environmental protection phenolic resin, by single factor experiment and uniform test to determine the best environmentally friendly phenolic resin synthetic process. A single factor test experiment results show that:when addition reaction time is60min, formaldehyde and phenol mole ratio of2.3:1, caustic soda and phenol mole ratio of0.45:1and formaldehyde into ratio0.5, the release of the free phenol to its lowest level in the respective trials.Uniform experimental study of NaOH with phenol molar ratio of x1, second times and third times respectively into caustic soda phenolic resin adhesive to achieve specific viscosity of X2, X3design uniform test. Using of DPS data processing system on the test results of partial least squares to analyze the influence of different process parameters on the performance and to establish the mathematical model and the test program to optimize, and ultimately determine the optimum technological conditions:NaOH with phenol molar ratio of0.45, viscosity a is18.00s, viscosity b is35.00s, termination of the viscosity c is80.00s. Under these conditions, the determination of free phenol content of0.14%environment-protective phenolic resin viscosity of603mPa· s.Explore the process of the environmental protection supermarket tray composite test through the uniform design, the actual density, resin content, pressing time, pressing temperature of the four factors on the bending strength, modulus of elasticity within the dry state wet bond strength, the influence of the thickness swelling24h. Using DPS data processing system on the test results of two degree polynomial stepwise regression analysis, analysis of the influence of different process parameters on the performance and the establishment of a mathematical model, and pilot programs to optimize, and ultimately determine the optimum conditions:the actual density is0.82g/cm3, the glue content is14.79%,pressing time is0.65min/mm, pressing temperature is190.00℃. Meanwhile sheet free phenol test, take samples of free phenol content of the basic is14.80mg·100g-1~15.20mg·100g-1, to meet the standard of free phenol test.The optimum technological conditions for repeat verification tests, the indicators according to satisfy the plate standard GB/T23898-2009flat wooden pallets that man-made board requirements, environmental protection type supermarket tray composite technology to have credibility.
