In order to improve the production efficiency of the band steel,Baosteel-Nippon steelauto sheet corporation will reform the pickling process section which is in the Band steelproduction line.The specific method of reform is to shift stretching bending straightener andauxiliary equipment from concrete foundation to steel structure terrace,so the dynamicbehaviour of stretching bending straightener will change,it’s vibration may largen.As thestretching bending straightener is the main equipment of the pickling process section,it plays animportment role in the pickling process section,the vibration of stretching bending straightenerhas an important impact on the quality of band steel,it’s necessary to estimate the vibration ofthe reformed stretching bending straightener.The structure of stretching bending straightenerand steel structure terrace are very complex,so this paper will use dynamic simulation of virtualprototype to research it’s vibration.First,we establish the solid model of stretching bending straightener,then we use thefinite element simulation software to carry out modal analysis and harmonious responseanslysis of stretching bending straightener of concrete foundation,so we can get the dynamicbehaviour and vibration severity of stretching bending straightener of concretefoundation.Compare the simulation results with field measured results,we can verity thecorrectness of the simulation model and method.Second, we establish the simulation model of steel structure terrace,and put stretchingbending straightener on the steel structure terrace.we use the same method to carry out modalanalysis and harmonious response anslysis of the whole structure which are made up withstretching bending straightener and steel structure terrace,so we can calculate the vibrationseverity of stretching bending straightener.Last,we will compare the vibration severity of stretching bending straightener of concretefoundation with vibration severity of stretching bending straightener of steel structure terrace,sowe can estimate that whether the dynamic behaviour of stretching bending straightener which ison the steel structure terrace meets the work requirements.we also can use thses to estimate therationality of design of steel structure terrace.If the design can’t meet the requirements,thedesign of steel structure terrace in the design phase need to be amended until the dynamicbehaviour meet the requirements,so we can avoid the huge losses that the design flaw maycause.
