As the contradiction between global energy and environment turns severer, producingand using energy by clean means is more and more valued.The consumption of energy inour country is mainly coal.Coal resources accounts for a high proportion in our energyproduction and consumption. This fact gives us new challenges in the coordinatedevelopment of energy、economy and environment.Clean Coal Technology is a significantsolution of our country to the problems of energy security and environment protection.Coal Water Slurry(CWS)is one of our basic policy of energy to manage thecontradiction between energy security and environment. it’s also the crucial content of theclean coal technology.Additive is the key technology of CWS.With the fertile researchingraw materials while low price. Cleanly produced additive of CWS with good performanceand high efficiency can drive the fast development of CWS industry. Shenhua coal is akind of coal which has largest production and the most abundant storage in ourcountry,so studying the slurry characteristics of Shenhua coal can significantly push theCWS technology to be used in our country.In this paper,the author make use of the infrared spectrography to research thestructure of Shenhua coal. The result indicate that Shenhua coal has abundant of hydroxylgroups、 oxy group and carbonyl group etc. Through the industrial analysis method toresearch the property of Shenhua coal.And the features of Shenhua coal which includedlow ash、low HGI、high inherent moisture and high oxygenous functional group influencethe slurring characteristics of CWS.So Shenhua coal is difficult pulping.After that,through the method of size distribution to study the different level ofdistribution to influence on the slurrying characteristics of Shenhua CWS.To satisfy thenational standard GB of CWS,When the mass ratio of coarse(74μm) and particle (33μm)is3:1,and the effect of Shenhua CWS is best.Studying the different additives on theinfluence of slurrying characteristics of CWS, we know that the dispersiveness of NSFand NDF is better than DCS,but the stability of DCS is better than NSF and NDF.For the influence of the slurrying characteristics of CWS from the molecularstructure and coal characteristic of Shenhua coal,and base on the DCS synthesis processcondition introduced the active groups A, it synthetizes the DCS-A which is efficient forShenhua CWS by the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment. The additiveamount of DCS-A is lower0.2%than DCS. And DCS-A could increase the consistence ofShenhua CWS from60.9%to63.1%,and the Slurrying characteristic of DCS-A is better than DCS、NSF and NDF.The result of the studying for the performance of DCS-A show that DCS-A is a welldispersiveness、high stability、good adaptability and high efficiency compound CWSadditive.For the difficult pulping Jiangxi Pingxiang coal and the easy pulping HunanHengyang coal,DCS-A has good adaptability.Last we discuss the scattered principle of DCS-A by the phenomenon of dispersion、experiment of adsorption and infrared spectrometry.The result show that the dispersion ofDCS-A is relevant with the molecule structure including the hydrophobic functionalgroup(=CH-、methylene、aromatic ring)and the hydrophilic functional group(phenolichydroxyl group、sulfonic acid root)...
