Recently, more and more sudden environmental pollution accidentshappened in China, which greatly threaten people’s life property and healthsafety, disturb the normal social production and life order and influence thesocial harmony. The accidents caused from the chemical enterprises have ahigh proportion from the accidental source. On that account, this paper choosethe Tianjin Harbor Economic Area as the research object, to carry out researchon emergency monitoring integrated system of sudden environmentalpollution accidents based on its chemical industrial park.The chemical enterprises have high environmental risk. To carry outscientific and rational ERA is significant for safety production and accidentsemergency disposal. This paper choose Tianjin Harbor Economic Area’s somechemical enterprise and the chemical industrial park as the research object, towhich, carrying out ERA based on AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,getting the environmental risk rating, identifying the environmental riskfactors and putting forward countermeasures of environmental management.In this case, we can provide guidance to the enterprise and the industry parkfor accident prevention and emergency disposal and give a methodologicalreference for the chemical industry environmental safety management.Tianjin Harbor Economic Area is an integrated land of harbor and industrybased on land reclamation. There is a complex water system here. Once thesudden environmental pollution accidents happen, the pollutants may easilytransfer and diffuse with the water. On that account, this paper build therelative models for the different rivers and develop a3D visualizationsimulation system of pollutants transportation and diffusion for the landscaperiver. In this case, we can provide tech-support for Tianjin Harbor EconomicArea’s environmental emergency management.In addition, this paper compile the environmental emergency monitoringplan according to the potential accidents types of several chemical enterprises,build an emergency monitoring integrated system project, carry out the fieldcalibration and running, from which, to support the establishment and runningof Tianjin Harbor Economic Area’s environmental emergency response system. Furthermore, it can give a guidance and reference for China’s chemicalindustry parks’ environmental emergency monitoring.
