Temperature and humidity have great influence on the moisture regain of polyester cotton sizing yarn,but Temperature and humidity have great influence on the moisture regain of polyester cotton sized yarn,and moisture regain affects the performance of sized yarn.Aiming at the change of polyester cotton sized yarn performance,the moisture absorption and desorption law and performance of polyester cotton yarn under different temperature and humidity are studied systematically.The high humidity and temperature not only damage the weaving equipment,but also waste energy,and the environment of the workshop is bad.Based on the above,this paper studies the properties of polyester cotton 65/35 13 tex sized yarn and formula sizing film at 22?? 25??28?and relative humidity in 60%?65%?70%?74%?78%,which lays a theoretical foundation for reasonable adjustment of temperature and humidity in weaving workshop.The specific contents of the study are as follows:(1)A device for measuring the moisture absorption and desiccation law of yarns is designed.By comparing with the original test method,it is proved that this testing method is feasible.The new test method is accurate and easy to use it.The test method and testing device have applied for invention patent(application No.:CN201710508567.3).(2)It is test moisture absorption and humidifier laws of the size film.The results show that,When the relative humidity is below 65%,the moisture absorption rate of the size film is slower,and the time required to achieve the equilibrium of moisture absorption is about 120 minutes.When the relative humidity exceeds 70%,the moisture absorption rate of the size film is accelerated,and the time required to achieve the equilibrium of moisture absorption is about 60 minutes.When the relative humidity is above 70%,the size film is desiccated under the condition of relative humidity 56%.At this time,the size film is basically in the state of unwetting.(3)The properties of the size film were tested at different temperature and humidity.The results showed that the size film had higher breaking strength,less elongation and buckling resistance at the temperature of 22 ? and the strength of the size film was the lowest at about relative humidity78%,but the elongation andbuckling resistance were larger.(4)The dynamic tensile test of the size film shows that the storage modulus and the loss modulus of the size film increase with the increase of temperature,and then decrease,which indicates that the temperature has a great influence on the flexibility of the size film.(5)The test of moisture absorption and moisture release of polyester cotton yarn and sizing yarn shows that the moisture absorption and moisture release law of polyester cotton yarn and sizing yarn are basically the same,and the moisture absorption of polyester cotton yarn and sizing yarn basically reaches dynamic equilibrium in the first 30 minutes.The humidifier of polyester cotton yarn and sizing yarn reached balance within 30 minutes.(6)The test on the properties of polyester cotton 65/35 13 tex sized yarn under different temperature and humidity shows that the breaking strength of polyester cotton sized yarn is less affected by temperature and humidity,and the wear resistance of sized yarn is obviously affected by temperature and humidity.When the temperature is 22 ?,the relative humidity is 78%.sized yarn resistance and breaking strength is the best.(7)The effect of temperature and humidity on the stress-strain of polyester cotton 65/35 13 tex yarn is analyzed.The results show that the stress-strain of polyester cotton 65/35 13 tex yarn is less affected by humidity,and the crystallinity of polyester cotton sized yarn will not change under different humidity,which indicates that the strength is not affected by humidity.(8)The dynamic tensile test of polyester cotton sized yarn shows that the storage modulus and loss modulus of polyester cotton sized yarn decrease with the increase of temperature,that is,the softness of sized yarn is decreasing,which shows that temperature has a certain effect on sized yarn.(9)The specific resistance of polyester cotton yarn decreases with the increase of humidity,and the content of sizing material has a great influence on the specific resistance of polyester cotton yarn under low humidity and high humidity,the electrical properties and erasability of polyester cotton yarns are tested under different humidity,and the specific resistance of polyester cotton yarn decreases with the increase of humidity.The difference between static and static friction coefficient of polyester and cotton sizing yarn is small,but humidity has little effect on the friction coefficient.
