Mordant Black PV dyes is the most important dye used in wool dyeing, it can be used for silk, nylon and other fiber dyeing, and also can be pre-printed directly on the wool fabric by chromium acetate.Domestic is organization to improvement the production, but the quality in the printing application performance is still great gap, can not meet the needs of users, rely on foreign imports (DyStar), so lack of international competitiveness.Dyeing process commonly used dichromate by boiling,but the high-temperature boiling serious damage to the fiber, strength decreased rapidly, affecting the feels and spinning performance; while the residue in the media after transfection with higher levels of chromium ions,serious impact on the environment.In this paper, from the dye synthetic and dyeing processes to studies,improved product performance to meet the needs. Synthesis with2-aminophenol-4-sulfonic acid,1,5-naphthalenediol,sodium nitrite, alkaline,hydrochloric acid as raw materials,by diazotization and coupling reaction to synthetic the dye. From the temperature, time, amount of acid and alkaline, diazotization and coupling group etc factors to determine the optimum reaction conditions:(1) Diazotization:temperature of3-5℃, time of45min;(2) Naphthalenephenol become salt:n (1,5-naphthalenediol):n (NaOH)=1:3.5; temperature of5~10℃, time of15min;(3)Coupling reaction:n(2-aminophenol-4-sulfonic acid):n (1,5-Naphthalenediol)=1.05:1, temperature of0-3℃, time6-8min;(4) Acidification salting:Hydrochloric acid10-12mL (37%), temperature of60℃, added the relative volume of15%salt.Using traditional techniques and new low temperature and low Chromium techniques for dyeing,in order to maintain compared comparability,the concentration of the dye used in two processes are consistent. By various factors such as temperature, time, acetic acid, dichromate, and other factors research; test fabric dyeing rate, shade, apparent depth, dry and wet friction fastness, strength, residual chromium ion levels and other performance indicators,to find a suitable dyeing technique.This subject proposed a new low temperature and low chromium technique, the process is as follows:50℃into dyeing(including dye, acetic acid, penetrant, promote agent CT-126), heated5~10min;1℃/min rise to90℃, plus0.5%formic acid, heat45min; and then cooled to70℃, supplemented with1.0%formic acid and1.5%dichromate, keep heating15~20min; heated to90℃and keep heating30min, finally adding2%of agents chromiumWT, after keeping temperature15min to washing and drying.
